When planning this website, we adopted measures that we consider to be the most appropriate to ensure the accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of users' personal data, as well as all other rights available to them. Our records include data that was obtained throughout the contractual relationship you established with us and following the various interactions carried out with our website. Users must guarantee the veracity, accuracy, authenticity and validity of the personal data they have provided to You Get. Type of data collected through our website: Full Name; Tax Identification Number; gender; Date of birth; Telephone Contact, Full Address (shipping and/or billing address, if these are different); E-mail; Company Name. How we use the information collected: The purpose of the information collected is to respond to requests made by users, namely registration on the website; order processing (opening a customer file and billing for products/services); voluntary subscription to the email marketing service; responses to requests for information, suggestions or complaints; and communication with customers. Who we share the data with: You Get ensures the confidentiality of the personal data provided and only transmits it to third parties for the sole and exclusive purpose of carrying out the service requested by the user, namely: sending orders to the address provided (transporter); handling warranties and/or product returns (suppliers); execution of purchased service contracts (operators); and to judicial and tax authorities to comply with legal requirements. Conservation Period: You Get will retain the collected data until the data subject requests that it be forgotten. Right to access, change and remove your personal data: At any time, the user has the right to access their personal data, as well as, within the limits of the contract and the GDPR, to change them, oppose their processing , decide on their authorized processing, withdraw consent and exercise other rights provided for by law (except when the data is essential for the respective invoicing by You Get and compliance with the legal obligations to which You Get is subject) If withdraw your consent, this does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that date. You have the right to be notified, under the terms set out in the Regulation, if a breach of your personal data occurs, and you may lodge complaints with the authority(ies). Whenever possible, You Get will try to maintain the rates and prices indicated when placing the purchase order in the event of stock outs. In the event of the occurrence of a computer, manual, technical or any other error that causes a noticeable change, and not foreseen by You Get, in the public sales price or in its sales conditions, in such a way that it is make it inaccessible or manifestly insignificant. Order Shipping and Shipping Parcel delivery The shipping date that can be consulted on each product page is a shipping forecast based on the normal functioning of the entities involved in shipping orders. Orders for delivery to PO Boxes are not accepted. The delivery times indicated may change due to stock outages, festive seasons or other conditions external to You Get, such as delays on the part of delivery services, as they are a company external to You Get. Shipping/processing of orders Orders are only processed on business days when placed before 5pm. After payment confirmation, orders are sent to the address indicated by the consumer, any error in the data entered is the consumer's responsibility. Pre-orders, unlike the normal orders mentioned above, will only be processed when the product is available from the brand, for official distribution and to the end consumer. Orders will only be shipped when all products are available. Shipping Costs Shipping costs for orders are borne by the consumer and are added to the total value of the selected products. The value of shipping costs is calculated based on the weight/volumetric weight of the order and the delivery method (store / post office / pickup point). Additional fees may apply for large products. The consumer will be informed of these charges before confirming their order and completing the purchase process, as well as the difference in value depending on the chosen delivery method. Available delivery methods and respective delivery times may change depending on the time of year. Breakdowns and Warranties All products sold by You Get are not manufactured by You Get. At the time of sale, You Get passes the warranty on that product(s) to the user. 1. Equipment under Warranty Pursuant to the provisions of Decree-Law No. 84/2021, of October 18, all products sold in new condition will be subject to a 3-year conformity guarantee, guaranteed by the respective brands. In the case of a defective product, you must report it to You Get, who will be responsible for managing this process. If there is agreement between You Get and the customer, all products sold in used condition have an 18-month warranty. Consumable products, whose regular use requires their destruction or disposal, due to their specific nature may, depending on the manufacturer, have a guarantee period for proper functioning of less than 3 years. It should be noted that this condition only applies to items purchased from January 1, 2022. For items purchased on dates prior to that mentioned, the previous terms apply, set out in Decree-Law No. 67 /2003, of April 8, and will be subject to a 2-year conformity guarantee on new items and 18 months for used and reconditioned items. Repair Service Guarantee The warranty for You Get's repair service is 90 days, counting from the date of completion of the service provision. This limited warranty does not affect the legal rights established by national legislation regarding new components used in the repair. The warranty for repairs does not cover the following conditions: - Physical damage (broken/damaged/corroded/warped equipment, etc.); - Improper use, damage caused by falls, negligence, fire, water, electrical, atmospheric disturbances, etc.; - Damage caused by transport carried out by the Customer or third parties on its behalf; - Use of options or consumables not appropriate for the equipment in question; - During this period the equipment has undergone technical intervention, using labor and parts outside of You Get's services; - The previous repair was carried out at the request and responsibility of the customer. Breakdowns If the purchased product is defective or damaged, the customer must communicate the situation to You Get Customer Support, providing their order number and a description of the malfunction. Upon receipt of the item at You Get's facilities, it will be sent to the brand's representative and, in the absence of any non-conformity, the item will be replaced or repaired. In this case, You Get will deliver the item to the customer, using the same means that it was delivered for repair. If the technical check detects signs of misuse, and/or any problem that may have caused the item to malfunction (e.g. falling, damp, etc.) the customer will be contacted to indicate whether they wish to have the equipment repaired. . In this case, You Get will provide a free quote. Equipment out of warranty Even if your equipment is outside the compliance guarantee period, You Get offers a repair service under conditions to be agreed, so you should go to one of our stores. If the customer wishes to have equipment repaired outside of warranty, they must contact the You Get Technical Center indicating the equipment in question and its fault. You Get will inform the customer of the address to which the equipment will have to be delivered. If this option is not possible, the customer may send the product by registered mail to the indicated address, handled by the You Get Technical Center. Upon receipt of the customer's equipment, You Get technicians will analyze it, checking the fault described by the customer. After this analysis, the customer will be contacted by our team to be informed about the budget for repairing the equipment. The repair will only begin after express acceptance of the quote by the Customer. Direct warranty from the manufacturer Some brands offer warranty/support directly to the consumer. In these cases, you can contact the brand directly to discuss the equipment warranty.
